When I reflect back on my personal growth this year; my readers have been a significant part of it.

With every email and blog post I write, I strive to share my authentic voice and teach something meaningful. The fact that you read my words is terrifying, humbling and my honor.

Practicing Gratitude

As we roll into Thanksgiving this week, we are asked to practice gratitude. It can be challenging to find gratitude during the holidays. There are times when drama and heartbreak seem more prevalent than peace and love. Even in our own family, we have our holiday hiccups.

Pain and Loneliness during the Holidays

I want you to know that the pain and loneliness you may be experiencing this year doesn’t have to last all year.

All feelings demand to be reconciled eventually. We often work really hard to avoid them.

Feel and Heal

If you are hurting this holiday season, allow yourself to feel. I also invite you to heal and do what it takes; so you don’t remain in the cycle of avoiding and crashing.
