Our Practice is not an in-network member of any health insurance plans or panels.  This is an intentional choice that allows us to focus on YOU the client, providing streamlined and specialized care that is not encumbered by the insurance provider.  Therapy can be seen as a luxury service, however, as a practice we strive to find a financial solution that can allow anyone to engage in good, quality therapy.

Be sure to ask our office how we can accommodate your specific needs. 

Health insurance is a contract between you (or your employer) and your insurer;  we are not part of that contract.

However, we will supply you with an invoice for our services  with the standard diagnostic and procedure codes for billing purposes, the times we met, our  charges, and your payments.  You can use this information to apply for reimbursement.

You would want  to ask your provider questions like:

  • “What are my out of network benefits for behavioral health?” as well as
  • “Do I have a deductible to meet and what is the reimbursement rate?”.
  • Finally you will want to ask “What is the process for reimbursement?”
