Is finding a way on overcoming challenges something you are working on? I believe in you. You can do it! Overcoming challenges is not something I only come across in my daily therapy work but also in my daily life. Here are six easy to implement tips that work for me any time, no matter how tough the obstacle may be.

Stop and Breath – 6 Steps that Make Overcoming Challenges Easier

Step One: Stop. Breath. Believe.

Stop. Take a deep breath. Let go. Believe. You are loved.

Whatever challenge or obstacle you are facing, you will get through. Whatever you need, you will find. Whatever you are feeling, it will pass.

Step Two: Breath. Let Go.

Take another breath. Let go a little more.

You are exactly where you are meant to be. All challenges and obstacles are given to you for growing. All is for learning. Mistakes are meaningful. Failure is not trying.

Step Three: Breath. Let Go. Again.

Take another breath. Let go again. You are wonderful, beautiful, perfectly imperfect.

Any doubt you have about your worth is a lie. You are loved.

Step Four: Breath. Focus on Gratitude.

Keep breathing. You have so much to be grateful for.

You have everything you need to overcome your challenges. Even if it doesn’t feel like it, I promise it’s true. It’s ok to want more. Don’t forget to appreciate all that you have.

Step Five: Breath. Relax. Trust.

Fill your belly with your breath. Relax. Trust.

Whatever challenge or obstacle you are struggling with, there is a solution. Whatever you need help with, there is someone who wants to help you. Stay open. Ask for what you need.

Relax. Let go. Breathe deeply.

Sometimes life is painful. Sometimes life is joyous. You are capable of more than you know. I believe in you. You are loved.
